About
History
The Women of Independence/Monmouth WIM Facebook group was created on November 4, 2018 by Megan M, with the goal of building connections with other women in the community. The first WIM gathering was on November 12, 2018 at Grain Station Brew Works in Monmouth, OR. Over the years the group has grown to almost 2000 members of all ages and interests.
We take an annual group photo in February of each year, during the Independence Walk of Hearts event. Those annual photos are displayed below.
